The Official Launch brings the energy of Carnival to the city with live performances\, an international marketplace\, Caribbean cuisine and a special preview of the costumes and artistic presentations coming during the 2027 festival season. \nEvent Details\n\nDate: Saturday\, June 12\, 2027\nTime: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.\nLocation: Scarborough Town Centre\nPresented by: Toronto Caribbean Carnival\n\nWhat to Expect\nVisitors will experience the sights\, sounds and spirit of Carnival in a welcoming community celebration. Meet participating artists and Carnival groups\, discover Caribbean food and vendors\, enjoy live entertainment and get an early look at the creativity that will shape Toronto Caribbean Carnival’s milestone anniversary. \nThe Official Launch is the beginning of the countdown to the Junior King & Queen Showcase\, Junior Carnival Parade\, King & Queen Showcase and Grand Parade. \nCelebrating 60 Years\nToronto Caribbean Carnival’s 60th anniversary honours six decades of Caribbean culture\, artistic expression\, community and impact in Toronto.
