Junior Carnival Parade 2027 brings the colour, music and creativity of Toronto Caribbean Carnival to Neilson Park in Scarborough on Saturday, July 17.

Celebrate the festival’s 60th anniversary season with a family-friendly day honouring the youngest members of the Carnival community. Young masqueraders take to the streets in vibrant, handcrafted costumes, sharing the joy of Caribbean culture through movement, music and artistic expression.
